Great customer service, friendly, courteous, and personable! My Buick Verano lease was ready to mature and I needed to get another vehicle. I really just wanted another Verano but GM was not offering any incent My Buick Verano lease was ready to mature and I needed to get another vehicle. I really just wanted another Verano but GM was not offering any incentives on Buick's right now. So, at the last minute I decided to go to Bowman. I was surprised to find that I liked the Malibu and the incentives were great. But, because it was a last minute change on my part I could not decide which vehicle color/options I wanted and I had a lease deadline to meet. Bowman went out of their way to work with me and make sure that I got the vehicle I wanted. Andrew Gentges was my sales person. He spent three hours with me on my first visit and then (after much difficulty) found three different vehicles at other dealerships for me to choose from so I could make my final decision. The whole time I was working with Andrew, there was no time pressure applied on me my Bowman (even though my lease was about to expire) to make a decision and it was obvious their whole goal was to make sure that they put me in a vehicle I would be happy with. And, last but not least, when it was time to pick up my vehicle they made sure I was comfortable with all the features and made sure I knew how everything worked! All in all, a wonderful buying experience! More
