2016 Silverado purchase The purchase experience was good except for numerous interuptions and the paperwork not being ready. They did get a lower down payment price after learning the bed liner increased the residual value. I am disappointed they did not install the plugs in the bed liner that cover the tie down hooks, they put them in the console. More
