Very friendly, informative, def. knew what she was doing. She got the paperwork done as soon as possible, went and sat with me in the car and explained everything to me. She and Joe Jackson took very good care of me and answered all my questions. They took their time with me, as I am in my 60's and really did not understand all the new computer updates on the car. I thank them for being patient with me and letting me know if I have any questions at all to please call them anytime. I would recommend Bowman Chevrolet and both of them to anyone.
