I purchased a new vehicle in 2006 from a man that has since passed and my experience then was exceptional as well considering I had gone to other dealerships referred by friends and coworkers. I even drove to ones that were out of my way and I wasn't taken seriously by any of them. I was given a business card after they took down my email address and I was ready to purchase that day and was turned away as if I were wasting their time?! The one closest to my home was the WORST dealership experience and left me skeptical of dealerships until my experience with John Bowman Chevrolet... I will never shop at any other dealership again! John Bowman Chevrolet has always delivered more than they promised and invest their time, seeking new, better, faster ways to increase your satisfaction. I was recently perusing the internet for dealerships with the best incentives prior to my purchase. I had several responses within moments of my inquiry. Bowman Chevrolet was the ONLY dealership diligent in their responses in answering my inquiries, via email, first. I was assigned to a sales representative, Candice Miller and I must say, she is extraordinary! She went above and beyond to accommodate. I was indecisive, wavering back and forth from one vehicle to another and then, another and she was not deterred by any of this. She didn't see this as a failed sales attempt but more like an investment in the process, never pushy... completely forthright, honest and helpful, playing with the numbers to see what could be done to get me into the vehicle I desired and finally decided on..lol More
