Helpful, Kind, Caring, Knowledgeable, Above and Beyond, On top of it! I was turning in a lease, 2023 Buick Envision, and leasing a 2025 Equinox. My Envision died on me on the way to your dealership. Car would not start. There was an OC Police officer, Tony, was behind me and he stayed there with his lights on to be sure I was safe!! I called Chris Salazar and told him I was literally on M-15 at Citation Drive, 2 minutes away and my car died. He jumped in his vehicle and came to get me, we figured out it needed a jump so he jumped it and they followed me to the dealership! That is going above and beyond the call! Thank you both for staying with me and keeping me safe while we figured things out. When we back to the dealership, Chris took it back to the Service dept. and Mike took it from there. No hassle just some questions and amazement of what happened. Finally to the New car area! Chris walked through everything with me answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. I previously had come back 2x to test drive my options, and I am so happy with the choice I made! Thank you again! More

I can't comment on Bowman Chevrolet as a whole because I only had to talk with one sales rep, Victor Filice to purchase my 2019 Chevy Bolt Premier. Vic was great and so easy to work with. I live a little ov only had to talk with one sales rep, Victor Filice to purchase my 2019 Chevy Bolt Premier. Vic was great and so easy to work with. I live a little over 40 miles away and was pleasantly surprised when I was allowed to take the used car with only 26,000 miles on it to the local Mechanic for inspection prior to purchase who I've trusted with my vehicles for over 30 years. I was able to get the Bolt inspected, insured, and paperwork done the same day and drive my new Bolt home that afternoon. The process was kind of like going to Wallmart. The price is the price and you know exactly what you are getting without wondering or worrying if there was some sort of "better deal" you could have finagled. The deal you get is already the best you could have legitimately hoped for. Great experience all around. Thanks Vic! You're the best! More
