Best experience I’ve ever had buying a used vehicle and I’ve bought a lot of them over the years. The saleswoman was awesome and the finance people were great.. and then The car needed something fixed and I’ve bought a lot of them over the years. The saleswoman was awesome and the finance people were great.. and then The car needed something fixed and they fixed it no questions asked and then had to send to drivers to deliver it an hour and forty minutes to me. Not every dealership would go above and beyond like that and i will continue to buy vehicles from them as much as possible. More

Have to say, this was the BEST! experience that I've ever had buying a vehicle, and that's saying a lot. I've probably purchased about 12 cars/vans/trucks over the last 15 years and I've had a number of 'poor' experiences'. Christy Gilliland was the perfect person to help me through this sale. She was very responsive to all of my calls/texts/emails, provided detailed information and even helped find the vehicle's service records that the previous owner was willing to share as it was a trade-in. I flew into the area from Virginia and Christy made sure that someone from the dealership was there to pick me up to help me complete the purchase early on Sat. morning so I could get on the road before the incoming snow-storm and beat it home. Mark and Lisa were also very helpful and no pressure to upsell me on anything. I would recommend Christy in a hot minute - she was terrific! Can't say how happy I am with the service I received from Christy and Bowling Green Lincoln. More
