We arrived at the lot, and, as we started to walk around the lot, We had a great experience today purchasing our new Lincoln Nautilus at Bowen Scarff. We arrived at the lot, and, as we started to walk around the lot, a very nice salesman drove up in a golf cart to offer assistance. We had a particular vehicle in mind, and he took us straight to it in the golf cart. He gave us some details about the vehicle and asked if we'd like to take a test drive. On our test drive, we were not accompanied, so we were able to comfortably drive it and really experience it without feeling "watched." Purchasing the vehicle was swift and painless. Our salesman was very attentive and made the experience quite pleasant. And the financing process was good as well. No hard sale on extras, just very informative regarding addon options. Our salesman took the time to go over the car and helped me learn how to work the perks. He also had us drive to a place to demonstrate the parking assist feature. Everything about the experience was top notch. More
