I had my 2017 Jeep Wrangler serviced at Bournival Jeep due to my ABS and traction control lights turning on. They were able to fix this by replacing my ABS sensor. They also recommended that I replace due to my ABS and traction control lights turning on. They were able to fix this by replacing my ABS sensor. They also recommended that I replaced my rear brakes and rotors which I agreed to based on their verbal quote. I ended up being charged nearly double what I was quoted when I received the invoice. When I questioned this, they denied providing me the initial quote. I wouldn't have agreed to have them replace my brakes and rotors if I would have known the actual price ahead of time. I do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Bournival Jeep due to the price and poor customer service. If an accurate quote cannot be provided upfront I would expect a phone call prior to them completing the service. More
