First of all, I would like to start by letting you know that I was out of town for a wedding this weekend, and did not arrive home until yesterday, The reason I found out about your email was actually from the unsatisfactory post on Dealer Rater. I did not have an email from you and it was not in my junkmail either. After receiving your "unsatisfactory" Dealer Rater I was a little confused and wanted to speak with my staff. I spoke with Mike Fletcher this morning and he informed me that he left two messages and also emailed you July 31st at 152pm confirming your August 3rd appointment. It sounds like there must be a misunderstanding or breakdown of communication between point A and B. I never want a customer to be unsatisfied or upset, especially because a communication error or lack of. If you would like to speak with me further about what happened, please reach out to me. If you are unsatisfied with our customer service, this is very important for me to better understand and improve. Here is my email address abournival@bournivaljeep.net.
