I can't believe I actually found a dealership I like! So I've had five big touch points with this dealership so far; Sales to determine the right vehicle and price, Sales to purchase the vehicle, Delivery So I've had five big touch points with this dealership so far; Sales to determine the right vehicle and price, Sales to purchase the vehicle, Delivery receipt of vehicle (I had my Jeep built to order), Parts to order half doors, and Service to have the doors assembled and installed. I was truly blown away at how every experience, with four different departments, was way above any car dealership experience I had. Maybe this is just a Jeep thing and I've just discovered it but these guys are awesome. Service was unbelievably good. More

Last minute service work We bought a Dodge Ram about 2 weeks ago and planned a camping trip for the 4th of July weekend. We found out Friday morning that we could not use our We bought a Dodge Ram about 2 weeks ago and planned a camping trip for the 4th of July weekend. We found out Friday morning that we could not use our after market trailer break controller in our new truck and needed one installed by a dealership that day. We called around all over the state of NH and no one could fit us in before the holiday weekend until we went to see Mike at Bournival. He told us to buy the module from one of the other dealerships that had it in stock and he would install it that day. He saved our holiday camping trip! I was quite unprepared to wait in a dealership with my toddler, but Bournival's waiting area has a children's area, free water, and popcorn. My daughter was also told by one of the service people that she could play in the inflatable pool and play with any of the decorations they had out. This made waiting a lot easier with a busy toddler. Thank you Bournival. You guys rock! More

Fix My Car I woke up last Sunday to find that my car would not get started. Suffice to say that I was not a happy camper as this made me late for work. I made a few calls and had my car towed to the Bournival Jeep dealership so they could check it out for me. Not only was I quoted an incredibly fair price, but my car was repaired and back in my possession by Tuesday evening. Who does that????!!!! An awesome team of service people that's who!
