The cost of the work was fair and it was recommended that my rear brakes be replaced. I will follow up following a brief trip in Aug. After reviewing the options I left with no pressure to make a decision on the spot. Rather he called mid-day the next day to "just check in." We reviewed some of the remaining points I had and I was able to reach my decision over the phone. Both Ryan and Jessica stepped up and I was able to complete 95% of the transaction remotely so when I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was able to get in and out in under 30 minutes!
