Every dealership and private seller said they a Jeep in perfect condition, when I would arrive the perfect car was a junker so many miles so many lies. When I spoke to Phil he said the same thing , so i was a bit skeptical, when I arrived I found a 2004 Jeep Liberty that was in show room condition, I immediately bought it and my daughter loves it. It was a highly desired used vehicle, and they could've sold it to someone who was a lot easier to deal with. I was a state away and didn't have my plates yet. The owner picked me up, and then they had a driver follow me home with dealer plates 60 miles away so I could keep the car until my plates came in. Awesome... and they have massage chairs. Really nice massage chairs. Everyone is friendly, honest, so much better than my local Jeep dealer. Jeremy was helpful from start to finish and had a solution for every hiccup we ran into. Even though it's another state away I'm coming back for all my service needs, and to sit in those massage chairs. I know just from meeting the owner that the service department is going to be honest about any future service I need. More

Bournival Jeep's salespeople are very well informed, patient, kind, and gracious. Anyone working in the service industry should take a few hours and just sit in their showroom to observe how all of the Bournival Jeep staff interact with every single customer they encounter. This customer service standard extends to their service department as well. Whether it be a quick phone call to the service department to get a routine maintenance appointment scheduled, or a nice exchange over the service desk...always top notch customer service. Their service and parts department are well trained, personable and always willing to help. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. This is my 7th vehicle purchase from them, and always recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, or who needs a great service department for their vehicle. A great experience for me, and for my kids! What a great dealership. They were helpful and friendly and Jess got me an even lower rate than I expected. I had my kids with me and the play area for them was wonderful with books and toys and an activity table. The dealership is dog-friendly so my kids enjoyed petting the dogs that other customers brought with them. They even took care of some outstanding recall items on the Jeep I bought and I can't say how much I appreciated that! I left confident that I was driving home an up to date and well maintained vehicle that I don't have to bring back later. It really was a great experience. I had to find a safe, reliable, and comfortable car in a pinch (of course I had certain features that I was looking for) and bournival had the car for me. Other dealers I visited told me that it was difficult to find cars that met my criteria (manual trans, mileage under 60k, and under $12,000), but bournival prooved them wrong. On top of that, my new car is part of their amazing certified pre owned program with an amazing warranty. I was greeted by THE OWNER as soon as I walked through the door! She, as well as her sales and financial staff, were friendly and wanted to help me as much as they could. And when I went back to pick up my car, I was introduced to the whole service department by THE GEN. MANAGER!
