I can't believe I actually found a dealership I like! So I've had five big touch points with this dealership so far; Sales to determine the right vehicle and price, Sales to purchase the vehicle, Delivery So I've had five big touch points with this dealership so far; Sales to determine the right vehicle and price, Sales to purchase the vehicle, Delivery receipt of vehicle (I had my Jeep built to order), Parts to order half doors, and Service to have the doors assembled and installed. I was truly blown away at how every experience, with four different departments, was way above any car dealership experience I had. Last minute service work We bought a Dodge Ram about 2 weeks ago and planned a camping trip for the 4th of July weekend. We found out Friday morning that we could not use our We bought a Dodge Ram about 2 weeks ago and planned a camping trip for the 4th of July weekend. We found out Friday morning that we could not use our after market trailer break controller in our new truck and needed one installed by a dealership that day. We called around all over the state of NH and no one could fit us in before the holiday weekend until we went to see Mike at Bournival. He told us to buy the module from one of the other dealerships that had it in stock and he would install it that day. He saved our holiday camping trip! I was quite unprepared to wait in a dealership with my toddler, but Bournival's waiting area has a children's area, free water, and popcorn. My daughter was also told by one of the service people that she could play in the inflatable pool and play with any of the decorations they had out. This made waiting a lot easier with a busy toddler. Thank you Bournival. You guys rock! More

Took the time to explain pricing quotes and working with us to get the deal we wanted to get us in the car we wanted. After the sale he sat in the car with us explaining all the technology - and the Jeep Grand Cherokee has a lot! - to be sure we felt comfortable driving off the lot. Showed us the Service Center and explained their hours in accommodating customers' needs (M-Sa). Offered his services if we had any questions on programming the car to exactly how we wanted it and he made us truly feel like the offer was not "just a sales pitch." Will gladly refer friends to this dealership and especially to Steve. Also: the paperwork was completed quickly and Jessica was also quite knowledgeable and pleasant as well to deal with.
