He was nice enough to listen to everything I had to say as far as my individual needs. After letting him take a moment to digest the information he proceeded to give me the pros and cons on leasing versus buying. It was then that our family decided to buy a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Blake and I then went over the numbers to which I wrote them down so when we got there there would be no surprises. We then packed up and took the 50 minute ride to the dealership, As a small business owner I was ecstatic that things went so well when we got there. After the paperwork was complete Blake sat down with my 2 kids, Josh 18 and Laura 16 and explained all the features on the Wrangler. Then after about 3-4 days from our purchase, Blake took time to give me a ring and see how things were with the jeep and how we liked it. That's not only great customer service but shows Blake's confidence in the quality of the product.
