My husband had bought a vehicle from Bournival Jeep a couple I don't normally do these reviews but after my experience I just had to write something. My husband had bought a vehicle from Bournival Jeep a couple years ago and uses them for his servicing. He suggested that I start getting my oil changes there because it was closer and more convenient to get it done there than the dealership I bought my car from. I was a bit uncomfortable because I didn't buy my car there and it's not even a Jeep. My husband still made the appointment for me. I just went into Bournival Jeep for my oil change and was pleasantly shocked! I am sitting there waiting for my car to be serviced and the owner of the dealership came up to.me and introduced herself as Alissa which I thought was very nice on its own but she actually offered me some snackies and a beverage (her words). The dealership that I bought my car from never did that they just pointed you in the direction of the waiting area. Now that's service! More
