Dealing with Bournival Jeep was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. My fiancé and I showed up 15 minutes before close just looking to set up an appointment to come back another day, buying experience I have ever had. Incredibly friendly and very willing to work with us. Like I said previous, hands down, 10/10, THE BEST dealership I have ever been to. More

There have been multiple times I’ve had car troubles appear that need immediate attention. When I call to set an appt they have been so flexible! Letting me drop off the car at my convenience, run a dia appear that need immediate attention. When I call to set an appt they have been so flexible! Letting me drop off the car at my convenience, run a diagnostic in between other appts and get me back on the road with 48-72 hours. Usually they are booked out a week! These guys work hard! More

I had my 2017 Jeep Wrangler serviced at Bournival Jeep due to my ABS and traction control lights turning on. They were able to fix this by replacing my ABS sensor. They also recommended that I replace due to my ABS and traction control lights turning on. They were able to fix this by replacing my ABS sensor. They also recommended that I replaced my rear brakes and rotors which I agreed to based on their verbal quote. I ended up being charged nearly double what I was quoted when I received the invoice. When I questioned this, they denied providing me the initial quote. I wouldn't have agreed to have them replace my brakes and rotors if I would have known the actual price ahead of time. I do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Bournival Jeep due to the price and poor customer service. If an accurate quote cannot be provided upfront I would expect a phone call prior to them completing the service. More
