We visited Bourne's because it had three Jeeps fitting our needs. We were going to set up an appointment with Kyle but ended up going in without an appointment because everyone at Bourne's is rated at 4. our needs. To our pleasant surprise, Kyle ended up being our salesperson anyway. This guy hustles. It was an extremely busy day based on how many customers were there (Saturday noon on a 3 day weekend) yet Kyle took the time to listen to each person he spoke with. At Bourne's, there's no hand-holding. You tell them which car you're interested in, then they just give you the key and send you our on your test drive. When you come back, they ask you if you liked it or if there's something else you're interested in. Once you find the car you like (we only drove one car lol) they allow down enough to work with you patiently, explaining everything. Kyle was good at that. We were there as briefly as we hoped, and Kyle had a lot to do with that. More
