This is my second time purchasing from Bourne's Auto. Kevin has been incredible in helping me purchase my car. The first time was last year when I purchased a 2018 crosstrek. After searching for a similar car, I was unable to find a car I wanted. That is until I saw a listing for another 2018 crosstrek from Bournes. I put in a request and requested Kevy again as he was very easy to talk to last time. Almost the next day, Bournes had me in to test drive the car. Kevin was there to greet me when I came in and he has just been awesome. We had to go back and forth between my insurance company and Bournes, but after awhile, we got it! Honestly, the sales and customer service Kevin provided has been extremely helpful in purchasing my new car. Highly recommend Bournes and ask for Kevin if you can. This man deserves a raise for how likable and transparent he is! Thank you Kevin and Bournes for forming a great relationship.
