Bourne's has a haggle free pricing belief which put me at ease because the price was the price and they were well below all published prices I had researched. Mike put me further at ease with offering an Extended Service Plan which fit my needs exactly at an extremely competitive price. I went into Bourne's at noon time and walked out at 5pm with a new car in time to eat dinner with my family, that's commitment to the customer. Thanks Mike you have a customer for life. More

The price quote provided was a bit less than half what the dealer quoted me but what I found to be most impressive is that the quality of service along the way far exceeded my expectations. The whole staff at Bourne's was great through the whole process. I purchased a 2006 Honda Accord and I love it. I went to Mike looking for a manual transmission that he didn't have at the time. When picking the car up Mike actually stayed until after 7pm one night so I didn't even have to take time off work to pick up the car. I found this dealership on the internet and scheduled a test drive. Before going to this dealership we visited several others and we had some terrible experiences with the customer service elsewhere. But when we got there the customer service was very good and my wife and I were very satisfied with it. We liked the car and decided to make a security deposit to go back there next day. We closed the deal on the next day and so far (after two weeks), we are very happy with the car. We would definetly recommend this dealership to our friends. In fact, if we decide to buy another car in the future, we would certainly go back there first. More

Bought a wonderful BMW 328Xi from Bournes. I shopped around way more than I should have. I knew I had the right place when Gerard(my helpful salesman) offered to show my other BMWs on autotrader and of around way more than I should have. The price is set on the website so everything is up front(I really enjoyed that) and you dont have to negotiate. Bournes has great prices, clean cars, and helpful staff (Gerard Flaherty and Mike Clark for service). I dont know when I will need a new car but I know I will only go back to Bournes! More

I recently traded a 2003 saab 9-3 for a 2007 saab 9-3 and I was helped by Gerard. The whole transaction was very friendly and there was no pressure at all. Gerard worked the numbers in my favor and I got the car I wanted at a price that was reasonable. After I had taken delivery I realized that I had left a pair of sunglasses on the sun visor. Normally, one would just take a loss here, but these were a wedding present from my wife, so I NEEDED these back. I emailed Gerard and had them the very next day. Not to say that this is common practice, but I can think of several occasions when my father has had his infiniti serviced(had to take a rental) and if he forgot something in the car, it was always gone. Not at bourne though. I'm very pleased with their service, and how easy the transaction was. I'd recommend them to anyone. More
