I am sorry to hear about your experience here. This is certainly not how we have grown our business over the past 40 years. I take your feedback and the dealerrater certified dealer program very seriously. We had a sales and management meeting this morning and have implemented a system to prevent this from happening again. We have a point contact person that will be responsible for all "We Owe" that have not been completed in time for delivery, this employee will sign off and coordinate all of these customer concerns. We typically do a great job of following up on these concerns, which is what is frustrating me the most. The fact that your salesperson was on vacation for over a week certainly did not help the situation, but is certainly not to be used as an excuse. If there is anything else I can do at all right now to correct this or any other concern you may have please contact me. Also, your sales representative is no longer with our company, therefore allow me to serve as your point of contact from this point forward.
