By far the best price for the vehicle I was looking for. Staff is very friendly, non aggressive, makes the experience very smooth with no pressure. When I had a minor warranty issue that came up they took my car in right away to have it fixed, even picking me up from the local train station when it was ready to be picked up. I would recommend Bournes to anyone shopping around for a used car. More

Me and my wife have bought 3 cars from Bournes over the past 5 years and have always had a very positive experience with them. We've dealt with 3 different salesmen and found them all to be very profession past 5 years and have always had a very positive experience with them. We've dealt with 3 different salesmen and found them all to be very professional and stand behind the cars we bought. Also I have relatives who have bought cars from them and couldn't be happier about the price they paid or the quality of the vehicle they purchased. I frequently refer Bournes to friends and co-workers and am very comfortable in doing so as many of them have thanked me for it after driving their car for years without any issues. We will continue to go to Bournes going forward and would suggest others do the same. Hope this helps. More

Bought used car was promised it would be cleaned. Took a week to get the car and it was filthy, has water damage, and found out after car has been in major accident and was actually another color originally week to get the car and it was filthy, has water damage, and found out after car has been in major accident and was actually another color originally. Also was sold car with illegal tint that will not pass inspection. Owner and employees lied throughout the whole process and I ended up losing over five thousand dollars in the end. More
