Extremely pleased with the smooth process of getting a loan and purchasing the car. Everyone was super friendly and I was extremely impressed with all the professionalism, but also the normal everyday people that were friendly and talkative. No bullshit either, Dave was honest and laid everything out on the table. Just great service and a great price. They even stayed late for us so I could pick up my car. I would definitely go back for another car after my experience here and recommend Dave Olson to anyone looking for a great car. More

It's a negotiation free dealership ( which I knew before) and I personally love that style, no going back and forth with managers and wasting time. They DO their homework and give you amazing deals for great cars. Dealing with Scott was a pleasure, no pressure, no rush, let me take the car on a test drive by myself so I felt like they trusted me :))) I have to say the financing process was really quick and snappy, and a few days after I put a deposit on the car I was approved even though my credit is not that high. Once again, thank you for the great experience (and trust me,there are MANY places out there that do not provide that), I got the car that I liked with a loan that will build my credit back again. It's a small family place, nothing fancy, but very down to earth people. Think once again before going to other used car dealers and give them a shot, you won't be disappointed! I decided upon a 2006 Volvo S60. The no-haggle pricing eliminates a lot of the wasted time and effort typically experienced when purchasing a used car. The car I traded in, a 2001 BMW 525 with 210,000 miles, was disabled and had to be towed to the lot. The car was picked up and my new car was registered in a timely manner. There was a snowstorm about that time, which complicated things a bit. A couple of days after I picked up my new car, I realized I had left CDs and the Turnpike transponder in my car. Dave very graciously retrieved the CDs in the transponder and held onto them until I was able to swing by the dealership to pick them up. My experience purchasing a car at Bourne’s was very positive. Dave is very professional and very personable. He is an asset to the organization. I will recommend Bourne’s to my friends, and tell them they should speak to Dave Pair. More

As their business model promises, buying a car with this dealer is hassel free, to the point, and friendly.
