Being a first time buyer, I was pretty nervous with having to deal with any dealership. Luckily Bourne's was the second and last place I had to look for a car and I could not be happier. I bought a Scion tC back in April and wanted to make sure I put enough miles on it before leaving a good review and I'm still happy with it overall. Not only was the car the great condition and well priced, their customer service was amazing. Mat Smith was my salesperson and he was really great. Made sure I would have the lowest rate and was comfortable with my payments which was so helpful. He never pressured me into making a decision or had to convince me of anything. They also offer a great warranty so I felt really at ease walking away with a used car. I'm recommending Bourne's to anyone that brings up buying a used car and can promise I'll be back in 5 years to buy my next one! More
The selection was well presented online and the lot was easy to manuever. We were free to browse the lot as much as we wanted and we did not have to talk to a sales associate until we were ready. It seemed that they were understaffed at times and it could take a while for somethings. The storage facility is close and it is not a long wait for a car that is over there. More

I watched the car for a few months online and then jumped when the price was right. No pressure to purchase, Mat, my sales person let me go off on my own and test drive. They gave me a great price on my trade in and Shawn from financing blew my banks APR by 4 points. I called a head of time to make sure the car was on the lot, they were very responsive and I never felt like i had to do anything. I walked out on two dealers before this. They earned my respect and business. I will be sending others their way when I can. More

The salesman that I was working with throughout my purchase was David Olson and he couldn't of been more helpful. I was new to the entire process but Dave made each step clear and precise so that I understood EXACTLY what I was buying and how I was going to purchase the vehicle. He even took the time out of his day to continuously keep me updated via e-mail and telephone with my bank as well as my insurance agency. I would highly recommend Bourne's Auto in South Easton, Massacusetts for purchasing a vehicle. More
All I can say is THANKS ALOT! My family has purchased 7 vehicles from Bourne's over the years and I made the poor decision of actually "looking elsewhere" for my latest purchase (Bourne's didn't have any C vehicles from Bourne's over the years and I made the poor decision of actually "looking elsewhere" for my latest purchase (Bourne's didn't have any Corvette's). Two weeks ago I took off on a venture for a used Corvette. I visited one dealership and contacted numerous others. During my visit and multiple phone conversations I had the inescapable feeling of sleaze and deception. I even signed a P&S placed a deposit on a Corvette and spent the next few days mulling it over. I never had peace of mind. I couldn't stop comparing and contrasting my current experience with the many others at Bourne's. In my life whenever I have been to a dealership other than Bourne's I have had the lowest offering given to me on my trade and after telling salesman I needed time to think about it the trade value of my vehicle immediately rose 10-30% when I was told during initial negotiations that they could only move the offering up 2-5%. Oh, and when you threaten to leave again the salesman disappears only to come back with another sales guy and offer you the world! I can't tell you how sick I am of hearing the term "What do we have to do to get you into this vehicle TODAY?" BOURNE'S YOU ARE AWESOME! Thanks for proving that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. Thanks for showing me the only way and place to purchase a car. Thanks for bringing in your customers and imposing upon them an inability to shop for a vehicle anywhere else because your JUST THAT GOOD! LOL! You know how in professional sports some people just have "IT" whatever "IT" is? Perhaps the reason Bourne's has that signed jersey of Tom Brady hanging up in the sales room is because just like Brady has "IT" so also does Bourne's and its staff! More
After months of searching for a car, I found a '04 Ford Focus at Bourne's. My girlfriend and I went into the dealership on a Saturday at around 11am. The salesman (Matt) I spoke to on the phone was so swamped with people that we didn't get to leave until around 3:30. I can't say it was Matt's fault, but Bourne's seemed extremely understaffed on a busy Saturday. We at least got to test drive the Focus on our own, which was really nice since I could take my time checking out everything on the car. It does seem that Bourne's is a good dealership, but having to wait that long just to test drive and put a deposit down on a car was pretty ridiculous. Edit: So I was actually contacted by the Bourne's general manager, who explained why they were so understaffed on the Saturday we went to look at the car. There was apparently people on vacation, and someone who quit on that day via text message... I appreciated the response. What really impressed me was their service when I had a brake issue two days after picking up my car. I contacted them and told them the problem (loud scraping noise coming from one of the rear brakes) and they promptly towed my car from my place half an hour away from the dealership. They replaced both rear brake drums, changed the oil, put a new battery in, changed the wipers, and installed new lug nuts! How's that for service? This is definitely a dealership I'll consider when I'm looking for my next car a few years from now. More
We saw the CR-V we liked and emailed Bourne to inquire about it. We explained we would be trading our vehicle and what we were able to afford. The whole process from test drive to loan paperwork to warranty and final bill of sale took less than 2 hours! Not bad for 5:00pm on a Tuesday night! We will be recommending this dealership to everyone we talk to. Our friend and her uncle had similar experiences at Bourne and they also recommend them. Great job, guys! Your whole facility had personable employees, and you definitely made this a pleasurable car buying experience. We'll be back! More

My brief time with Shawn was also pleasant. Bourne's Auto Center is a "no hassle" and "no pressure" dealer, and they are true to their word. The vehicle I purchased was in good condition, and I was given both a really great price for the car I was buying, as well as a fair assessment value for my trade-in. Bourne's also offers solo test drives - basically, test drives without salesperson riding alongside. It shows that the dealership is built on trust, and by doing this, they show that they are willing to trust you. Great news, everyone - you can trust them, too. Good experience. More
