I have never made a car purchase through a dealer and didn't want to go through the "haggling". I could come in and be honest about what I was looking for without all the games. Alyssa listened to what I was looking for in a car and gave suggestions and reasons for them but also made recommendations based on my own research. I was also impressed that Bourne's matched my bank's lower interest rate, it made the process much easier for me! I was able to come in just a few times and drive right off the lot with everything handled. I am excited about my new to me car and will recommend Bourne's for sure. More

Bourne's is perfect for me. The fixed pricing is a real relief, as I know exactly what to expect when going in there. The cars which I tested were all in good working shape, and the salespeople were friendly and responsive, though they were at times overwhelmed by the volume of people coming in the door to look at cars. I ended up taking my to-be-car to a nearby dealer for a check out, and they found some minor things. Bourne's ended up comping me an alignment to address an alignment problem which the other dealer found. Other issues we agreed were on me to fix, and I was ok with that for the price. I get the sense that these guys do a LOT of volume, so don't expect the salespersons to know a lot about the car you'd like to see. They're there to help you buy the thing — so do your homework so you don't leave frustrated. Anyhow, I expect this car to last a long time, so I probably won't be back to Bourne's any time soon, and I think that's a good thing! I'm pretty happy with things so far. More

cheap prizes no customer service I recently purchased a scion frs from this dealership there prices were much lower then everyone else and there interest rates were very good. With that aside you get what you pay for, cheap prices= poor customer service I was promised many things from this place upon delivery of my car and never got one of them 1)I was promised a full tank of gas got car on empty 2) promised a spare key fab never got 3) promised check engine light would be fixed and taken care of that was also never done 4) promised car would be registered with plates transferred also never done. I've had this car now over a month and cannot register it or inspect due to check engine light being on also cannot get it fixed because no dealership will look at a car that's not registered buyer beware this place pushes allot of cars at low prices and does not care about retaining future business once you buy you are forgotten!! He just stuck the paper in front of me with no explanation as to what it was. I thought I was financing 20000.00, but it ended up being 23000.00 and I still don't know what the extra 1900.00 add on was for. More
It was a very easy process and an overall great experience. I saw the car I purchased online and stopped by Bournes on a Friday to pick it up. I was able to see the car and gather paperwork. The salesperson was very accommodating and was extremely straightforward which made it a comfortable environment. More

It was great! I came in knowing what car i wanted...my 2001 Pontiac Sunfire was on its last legs and wanted to sell it or trade it in. I looked online on cars.com I came in knowing what car i wanted...my 2001 Pontiac Sunfire was on its last legs and wanted to sell it or trade it in. I looked online on cars.com and at first saw a 2012 Nissan Versa for sale at Bourne's Auto but then a week later i saw the 2013 Versa dropped to around the same price online. I jumped at the opportunity to test drive both. Within about 2 weeks i traded in my old clunker for a much nicer car with low mileage. they did the alignment and fixed the low tire pressure warning light which were the only concerns i had...the Versa i purchased has brand new tires on it and the interior is spotless/VERY clean. i highly recommend this dealership to anyone! I know i've only had the car less than a day but i hope i made the right choice. More

Car buying can be intimidating and painful to say the least, but my last 3 experiences have been nothing short of pleasant and easy.
