I am very sorry to hear about your experience. I am especially disappointed that I was unable to speak with you regarding your experience despite multiple attempts to reach you. It is absolutely unacceptable to for us to deliver a car with 1/16 of gas and the vehicle not detailed. I have spoken with our Sales Manager and the Sales Representative to insure that this does not happen again. I am saddened to hear you tell customers to look elsewhere and to purchase elsewhere when we have 68 team members who work hard every day to insure our customers have the best buying experience possible. I hope that you received our check for $85($35 for your inspection sticker and $50 for gas) as a sign of goodwill.
