I had initially planned to go else where, to weigh my options. I was so pleased with the professionalism of Alyssa Dogows, that I ended up back a couple hours later signing the deal. Russell and Andy were very humorous abs helpful. I can always appreciate when one uses examples and stories from their own family experiences and connects them with business. Alyssa let me test drive a couple cars that day with no problem and no rush. I never get pressured nor rushed at any given point. It was amazing customer service and I just HAD to write a review! I normally just read reviews. However, I was very pleased with my experience there so I wanted to be able to share my experience with you! Trust me you won't be disappointed. No Customer Service Purchase at your own risk! I recently (past month 10/15) visited Bourne Auto Center to examine a couple used cars. Settled on one I liked and began d Purchase at your own risk! I recently (past month 10/15) visited Bourne Auto Center to examine a couple used cars. Settled on one I liked and began discussing (that’s too generous, speaking to myself in front of sales person mostly) my concerns regarding vehicle: eg condition of muffler, seatbelts, tires (lost 2 lbs while test driving per TPMS, if anything should have increased), a couple inoperable accessories, some detailing problems. I accepted delivery just before closing during the week (I know bad setup but necessary for work). Who knew there would be no inspection sticker, about 1/16 tank of gas (you know, the mark below the 1/8 of a tank), detailing not addressed, and vague assurances they didn’t think there were any problems with tires. Since when did a full tank of gas and an inspection sticker constitute vehicle upgrades or options. I attempted to speak with Sales Manager about customer service and the above details and he stated not once but several times that this was how they try to keep their costs down. Sure, I could have been more assertive or aggressive with delivery inspection, at the expense of a half day of work; however isn’t the car sales experience contentious enough without inserting deception from the dealer after a sale? You may or may not find a deal here, but what will they be hiding or cheating from you? Look elsewhere. More
