Best car buying experience I've had I happened upon Bourne's while searching Cars.com. I was pleasantly surprised at how stress-free my experience was. The facility as well as the staff was very inviting and I felt comfortable during the process. I did not expect to find and buy the car I wanted within such a short time but it happened! I have taken my car to Bourne's for service since my purchase and the hassle-free service department has been a pleasure to deal with. They have a variety of vehicles which are about as fairly priced as I've seen. I did extensive research on the car I wanted. I knew exactly what I was looking for and how much it would roughly cost. 6 months into window shopping enters Bourne's. I found them online. This very site. They had what I was looking for pretty much exactly. Sales people were great, down to earth, and genuine. Worked with Alyssa and Amy who were knowledgeable and pleasent to do business with. Andy, helped me with financing and was a good guy who also came off up front and sincere. Everyone was patient with me and we worked out the perfect deal which worked for my situation. I gave them a 4 out of 5 only because there were pictures of the car online. They had photographed each side of the vehicle from somewhat of a distance. Then had pictures of 3 of 4 wheels close up. The 4th wheel had minor damage on it and wasn't displayed. I never put together there were only 3 wheels photographed and nothing was ever mentioned about this until I noticed it after the fact during a test drive. I felt they should've just said somewhere in advanced about the blemish. Perhaps display a picture. It was such a minor thing I felt some notice would've been simple enough. It didn't effect my decision to purchase the car but the practice forced me to deduct a star. I'd honestly give 4.5 if I could. Otherwise, stand up crew, nice inventory, and good prices. I certainly would recommend shopping at Bourne's just perhaps pay very close attention. As you should with all used car dealers. Thanks for reading. More

We found our perfect car for $5000 less than the other dealership listed the same model. Our financing took some extra time (since we are both self employed) and we had a big trip coming up. Bourne's went the extra mile and loaned us a van for our trip while we waited for the bank. NOT only that, but we were trading two old cars in and so they actually came to my home with my new plates and drove back my second car for me to save me the trip back, since I could not bring both cars at once. We worked with Mario Lee in sales and David Olsen in financial. They were BOTH terrific. We will recommend them to ALL our friends looking for a new or used car. More

They let me test drive as many cars as I wanted without supervision, making for a low pressure buying process. I ended up getting the car of my dreams after just 3 hours at the dealership, as they did all of the paperwork with the RMV and my insurance company over the phone and via fax. I'm very happy with Bourne and would come back again. More

Great dealership This is how car shopping should be - no hassle, friendly, helpful. The prices are online and there is no other 'sticker' price when you get there. This is the future of car shopping. We were done in 3 hours (it took us two days last time we shopped at a different dealership) - that is everything: test driving and paper work (great rates too). You can test drive as many cars as you want for as long as you need. They have a decent selection and have new car listings all the time. We went there twice to test drive different cars and finally found what we wanted. I would purchase another car there again. We worked with David Pair, highly recommend him. More

Great Buying experience I chose this dealership because it had several different makes and models of a minivan which I wanted to buy. I wanted to see different ones without driving to several different dealerships. My wife and I were a able to look at vehicles in the parking lot without being bothered. When we decided we wanted someone to show us the inside we went in and ran into our sales person Tanya. All in all we looked at a few different vehicles and test drove two. We selected the vehicle we wanted to buy and was there for a total of 3 1/2 hours. All the people there were friendly to include the sales person who let my daughter play on her computer. I would definitely buy from these people again and recommend The dealership to anyone looking to buy a used car. It is a very large dealership with plenty of vehicles to look at. More
