The reason I personally respond to every review is so that customers recognize that we read every review. Ultimately if a customer has an issue we are here to try and resolve it. Given that we have sold over 45,000 vehicles the amount of negative reviews is very minimal and we take a great deal of pride in that. I didn't have the chance to speak with you or even meet you so I am hurt that you would address me personally and mock my responses to our 1,000+ reviews. We have a great team of 100+ employees who work hard everyday to provide an honest living for their families and we recognize that we certainly are not perfect. As a business owner yourself I would expect that you would understand that things do not always go perfect. We will learn what we can from your feedback and continue to try to improve.
