Although a specific model brought me to my purchase via Autotrader, the entire experience was no-pressure, friendly and helpful. This was my first purchase there, but my third time visiting and test driving. All my visits were the same experience - helpful, friendly, and pressure free. The first two times, I went with other vehicles/dealers, but the experiences kept Bourne's on my radar for this opportunity for the car I really wanted that was on their lot!!. Kenny and Matt were awesome. They kept me up to date all along the process and kept checking in with me while we waited during the financing, documentation, and even the final prep/detailing. More

They are attentive and courteous to the customers. The hassle free pricing is refreshing, knowing that everyone is receiving the same price no matter who you are. I did quite a bit of research on other dealers in the area and Bourne repeatedly came up with better pricing. A lot of attention is put towards the customers comfort in the case of a wait. They keep a well stocked refreshment area. Including coffee, tea, water and snacks. The snacks came in handy as we test drove just about every car on the lot (Sorry Kenny!) If you stop in, ask for Kenny. He made our car buying experience great! More

After going through the typical drawn out, stressful negotiation process at other dealerships, my final stop was at Bourne. I took a test drive, while they looked at my trade in. Having done my research and already been through tedious negotiations at other dealerships, I knew they were offering a fair price for my trade-in and a fair "no haggle price" for the Mazda CX 9 that I ultimately purchased from Bourne. The people that I dealt with were kind and courteous, I love the car, and I am now a big fan of Bourne's Auto Center! More

Poor customer service, per the dealer's own policies. I emailed this dealer about a vehicle they had advertised. It had been advertised for 3 days. Two of those 3 days were over the Christmas holiday week I emailed this dealer about a vehicle they had advertised. It had been advertised for 3 days. Two of those 3 days were over the Christmas holiday weekend when the dealership was closed. I emailed them on Christmas, I did not expect an answer that day obviously! I received an automated email that a representative would respond in an hour, so I expected to hear from them in the early a.m. on Monday, they opened at 9 a.m. I received an email at 4:32 pm on Monday telling me that the vehicle was not available, a deposit had been received for the vehicle. I do not finance vehicles, I am a cash buyer and told them so. They did not have the courtesy to abide by their own stated response policy. I doubt that they received a deposit for the vehicle over the Christmas weekend, but stranger things have happened. After reading all of the other reviews by other customers I am not surprised at this behavior. Mr. Kelley don't bother with any disingenuous platitudes, save your time for some other customer's apology! P.S.--6:22 P.M. vehicle is still listed for sale on their website as well as Car Gurus, interesting! 12-27-16 10 a.m. vehicle still listed on website for sale, interesting! Mr. Kelley there is nothing to discuss and I did read all the reviews. It is what it is. Have a nice day. There will be no more contact. More
