They had an issue with the paperwork so he drove out to meet me at 10 pm on a weeknight. Alicia in registrations was also very helpful with that process and emailed me a copy of the registration to help with the process. To summarize: excellent service, great pricing and no hassle sales process. That said, it's a high volume environment, so there is oftentimes a wait as the sales people also handle service and have to juggle multiple customers at one time. Thus, my only recommendation for them to work on improving is to tweak the service model so customers are not left on hold or waiting for an answer. More

What a Difference! I bought 2 cars the past month. I did my research and new exactly what I wanted before visiting each dealer. The first was a new Honda Pilot for my wife from Boch Honda in Norwood Ma. That was the worst experience ever. The sales person was OK, but the manager and loan rep were stallers and liars. Had to buy the Pilot for my wife, but never going back. The 2nd purchase was a Toyota Land Cruiser from Bourne's. Jessica Corneau was great. No pressure, no lies, fast service, great price, everything was ready in advance and they came through as promised. This was the quickest and easiest car purchase experience I've had in 30 years. Unbelievable! More

I did a deep search for this specific car and when it showed up on Bourne's website I was thrilled. I met Jose Garcia in the parking lot when I swung by to take a look at the car. Jose was completely professional in his approach. He, Shawn and Matt in finance made finalizing the transaction very simple and fairly quick. The "no haggle" pricing is hard to get used to compared to other experiences I have had.....in a good way. I am very happy with my new-to-me car and with the deal Jose and struck. When looking for high quality pre-owned vehicles....start and end with Bourne's and Jose Garcia. More
Poor experience for first time used car buying We got car from this dealer a week ago , when I first got my car the car was not clean , I never buy used car before , and I think car should be clea We got car from this dealer a week ago , when I first got my car the car was not clean , I never buy used car before , and I think car should be clean , even this is used car ,and I check small monitor in the car there was low air warnings display , and I think I should get full tank of gas and I didn't get it it was quarter of tank of gas I've got , after I talked to sales man we got everything fixed but I think they should check everything before they can get me the car , not wait until customer found problem then they fix it , 3 issues, what can come out after? More
