Was greeted warmly when I walked in, and set up with a salesman right away. Mario was extremely helpful and patient with what I was looking for. They pulled up the first Jeep and I wasn't a fan. So they ran to the other lot and pulled the perfect Jeep. Pristine, sharp, and maticulously maintained. I put a deposit on it that day so I wouldn't lose it. Mario and team were not pushy to get me back in the dealer for paper work and I didn't receive countless calls. I came back that week and signed the paperwork. Everyone was extremely easy to work with and I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed with the typical car buying expierience. Highly recommend this dealer and will without a doubt be back again for my next purchase. More

I'll Never Go Anywhere Else I bought my car at Bourne's only 9 months ago. I had some engine trouble that was covered by the warranty, but the Nissan dealer in Brockton denied th I bought my car at Bourne's only 9 months ago. I had some engine trouble that was covered by the warranty, but the Nissan dealer in Brockton denied the coverage and tried every which way to get out of paying for the damage. Paul Sandler at Bourne's fought with them for 2 weeks trying to get a good outcome for me. We finally decided to have it towed to the Nissan in Raynham who covered it no problem. Paul kept me up to date at every turn and really fought in my corner the whole time. I can't say enough good things about Bourne's but specifically Paul. I'll never take my car anywhere else and I suggest you have your car serviced here as well. More

OK to BUY but DON'T trust the service or body shop I am so done with this place so after a 2-page letter to the general manager and owner, I will keep this short. Their service department are not to be trusted and the body work is horrendous. The same paint job was done two times with the same "orange peel" effect (common when the paint has been contaminated). This must be their standard. The purchase process was fine but my advice is to take a vehicle you are interested in purchasing to your own trusted mechanic for a full inspection. STAY AWAY from service and body work at Bourne's. More
