I worked directly with Kenny in Sales and Shawn in Finance. Both gentlemen were super helpful and were able to get me the best deal possible with no problems or headaches. I was able to test drive, purchase, and pick up my new car all within 48 hours. Kenny was great and very responsive throughout the short process which made it so much easier and stress-free for me. The best part about my experience was that no one was forcing or pushing me to make any decisions on purchasing the car. Thanks to all that made my experience so great! We continued to look around and came across Bourne's Auto Center, picked out some cars from their inventory. and yesterday we drove off the lot with exactly what we wanted for the right price. Sue was awesome and I feel like she's a friend for life! I inquired about getting my car serviced there, so she gave us a tour of the whole facility, which was very impressive. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! This is the first time I have purchased a used car. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist who was very sweet and welcoming. She directed me to Kenny Long, Sales Associate who was so nice, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have never experienced an auto dealership where the price is set for the automobile and there is no negotiating. It totally took the stress out of buying my car. As a result Kenny was able to pull up the Car Fax and go over its history, the work that the technician did on the car before it was ready for the sale which was extremely helpful. Kenny even pulled up the Kelly Blue Book on the car as well. Kenny always returned my calls and answered every question I had. He even hooked up my Bluetooth for me and went over all of the bells and whistles in my new car once the sale was final. As a result of this sales experience I was able to concentrate more on what I was buying opposed to worrying about the price which is huge! . In addition I dealt with Matt Cygielnik, finance manager and he also made my experience stress free. I just can't even begin to say enough good things about this dealership. Obviously customer service is their main priority and it shows! Keep up the good work Bourn's Auto Center! Love my car! More
