Earlier this year we hired a delivery coordinator to follow up and make sure every vehicle is ready for delivery. This has helped our quality control and customer satisfaction. After reading your review we met on Monday and discussed expanding the Delivery coordinator department and expand their role to go over features of each vehicle upon delivery. We hope to have this implemented soon. We use these reviews as away to improve and will continue to do so.
