Not a good experience I found the car one online and called up and spoke to Derek . I came into the dealership the same day and asked to speak to him the girl told me to I found the car one online and called up and spoke to Derek . I came into the dealership the same day and asked to speak to him the girl told me to have a seat we waited for 45 minutes and everybody that was There got taken care of and we were still sitting there finally I asked what was going on and she apologize and sat us down with Derek who was sitting there the whole time. She was on her cell phone and that was the problem. Lastly part of the money that I charged to my credit card for the sale of my car was overcharged and I realize that when I got home so I called the dealership and told them and because of this it went over the credit limit of my credit card and I was charged $35 fee I let them know that and then I could fax over this information and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Extremely disappointed that all these things happen when I bought this car. I would never recommend anybody going to this dealership. Very disappointing. More
