Outstanding Customer Service!! I bought my second car at Bourne's in 2016, no recommendation just randomly drove by it one day and decided to stop by and take a look, needless to sa I bought my second car at Bourne's in 2016, no recommendation just randomly drove by it one day and decided to stop by and take a look, needless to say best decision ever!! I have always had a hard time with dealerships/service depts. being rude and condescending mainly because I am a woman, and treating me as if I don't know what I'm talking about or just not being helpful at all. Since I've purchased my car at Bourne's I've done all my service at Bourne's as well. Each and every single employee in the service dept. is amazing and so helpful. Paul on the other hand is truly an invaluable employee. Each time Paul helped me with my service, he would go above and beyond to recommend what services I would need next, and what services I could hold off on. Paul also goes above and beyond to always try and have my warranty cover the extensive services that I get done. Yesterday 9/1, I bought my car in because my engine light was on, and Paul took care of me and let me know the issues, and broke it down so I understand everything, and went over what he could have covered through my warranty, and what couldn't be covered. He was able to get almost $500 covered for me through my warranty and let me know that I would only have to pay a small amount under $100. I was overly excited because going into a holiday weekend with an large unexpected cost like that is never fun. When I returned at the end of the day to pick up my car, Paul handed me my keys and let me know that I was all set. Confused because I knew I still had to pay, and typically they hand the keys over after you pay, he was able to call whomever he did and I ended up not having to pay anything! I was extremely happy of course, but also so grateful that Paul went above and beyond to see what else he could do for me. He could've just said whatever and had me pay the small amount. Paul is such a pleasure to work with, and I'm so happy that I come to Bourne's for all my service and will be the first place to stop when I'm ready for another car! More

"Patients and Understanding" From my first call to inquire about my car till when I was driving away with my new car this dealership was great. I had totaled my previous car and From my first call to inquire about my car till when I was driving away with my new car this dealership was great. I had totaled my previous car and found a Honda pilot on line that I wanted to go look at. I called Bourne's auto center and talked to Mario. He was very nice and told me the car was still there. I went and saw the car right away. It was clean and in great shape. That's when I was paired up with Scott Santos. I told him my situation. He said he would work with me to help me get in the car that I wanted. He was patient and understanding while I worked with the insurance company and bank to get the financing I needed. Once that was done it was a breeze to the finish. Shawn in finance was very kind and helpful. They took real good care of me. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. More

Easiest transaction! I always dread car buy and sales people, but this was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I have told everyone what a great experience this was for me considering I was forced into a new car after totaling mine a few days prior of me testing driving a car at Bournes. My sales rep was Kenny Long and he is awesome!! I will more than likely not go anywhere else in the future and will continue to recommend this dealership as well as Kenny to anyone looking to purchase a car. I worked with Matt in financing and he was very personable and a delight to work with and made sure everything was ready for me and it was a quick in and out thing since I had an appt about 40 minutes away! I couldn't be happier. Again - thank you so much for everything and keep doing what you're doing! =) More

Sue P. had a low-key approach, helped me view multiple cars until I found the right one, and made the whole process so easy. From the time I walked in to driving off the lot in my new purchase was under 2.5 hours, nobody hounded me and the finance guy was the most laid back I've ever dealt with. Bourne's made this a seamless process and I would recommend and return for sure. More
