We prearranged a test drive via an appointment. When we arrived at Bourne's the car was pulled up front and ready for us. We were set up with a young, professional sales associate by the name of Treyvon Hubbard. He did an admirable job with assisting us and follow through for the sale of the car Mr. Hubbard was dressed and conducted himself in a professional manner.. The first one was total xxxxxxxx, they lied about the car and when i went there, they said they sold the car. Similarly, i had issue with APR with McGovern Honda. I found this showroom via Google and this was one of the best thing that happened to me. I didn't only get the best car, but i got the minimum APR from the bank through this dealer. The "Trevon" was really helpful, he didn't force for the sales unlike Boch and McGovern, but i was free to select and they helped me with every possible thing. If you are looking for the honest dealer, with the best deal, go there instead of the big-xxx, fake corporation. Love these guys! Will definitely recommend to everyone. More

And it pretty much summed up the entire experience in buying a previously owned TLX there this week. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They answered questions and followed through on every aspect of the process...from test drive to registration...with the same high level of courtesy and efficiency. It may seem obvious that when making a major purchase, you should be treated with a certain level of respect and professionalism...but too often, that is not the case. But at Bourne's, a lot of thought has obviously gone into the customer's experience...even the Center's open layout with a kitchen to get yourself a cup of coffee while considering your choices...it all contributes to a great experience. At Bourne's you are being well taken care of. And I haven't even started on our fabulous new car...our mechanic couldn't find a single thing wrong with it. Because A+ people will, undoubtedly, deal with A+ products. I highly recommend them. More
