Great car at great price . But I feel taken advantage of! My car battery died after 11 months in a vehicle with 12k miles. Tires were mint, engine was mint, and carfax were clean. Only problem was the battery in the car was swapped out with an old one. Bourne rep said they do that. I explained the car went through a check from ther service team and there is no way anyone doing a check could not recognize the battery was old, with no handle and obviously out of place. HE said I should talk to the service manager. I never got a call back. it cost me $130 to replace it. No biggie but put a sour taste in my mouth! More
