One of my favorite things is that you take the car out on a test drive by yourself so you get to take your time to explore the car without feel pressured by a sales-person in the car. When it came time to go through financing, they took the time to find me a better rate even though I had been pre-approved prior to coming in. You can tell that the staff at Bourne's truly care about their customers. More

Very nice experience David was our salesperson and was very accommodating during our visit. He took the time to fully understand our needs and adjusted accordingly. We waited for quite a while to see the finance manager but once we did the experience was very professional and pleasant. Bourne’s was able to beat our credit union’s interest rate. Busy Showroom, Good Indicator Although I didn’t purchase from Bourne, my overall experience was good. Sue P was the no pressure gal I dealt with, when I arrived to test the 2014 Ford Escape Titanium seen on CarGurus. Great ride & a very fair trade on my RAV. My hesitation was the ‘Fleet’ status & the big hike in insurance for it. The no haggle, also put it past my comfort zone financially, as I was paying out of pocket & will be moving shortly + the upcoming holidays..... a lot on the financial plate. They were very busy, (Sat) which indicates a good dealership. Also were fine with me taking it to an independent mechanic. Didn’t have time, however, before closing. Did get an Escape ES today, elsewhere, but the place I took that to, to be thoroughly checked, said Bourne was a very good place to get a car. I showed them the paperwork from the Titanium I tested there & they said it could be a toss up, but would need to see that too, to be more informed. Almost went for it, but really wanted to end my search ASAP. Between knowing the difference in insurance with the 2 cars/models & knowing the price on the ‘T’ was solid, I decided against it. I’m happy with the ES model & was very happy with the price, despite also being told there would be almost no wiggle room. They did very well by me & my soon to be ‘auctioned’ RAV. Giving me a ‘Great’ Guru Price! ;) It was a bit daunting not having a clue what was what with a newer car & no one to really help explain it. But I understand they were very busy. I found an empty lot to figure what I could, out. Although I am happy with my purchase, if I was able to get $500 off the ‘Titanium’, I probably would have bought it, if all checked out at the place I took the ES to, today. When I looked on line before heading to Raynham, it was still there, from my visit 2 weeks ago. I was very close to giving it another shot. But after the other place gave me a Great Deal, I went for the ES with them. I would not hesitate to recommend Bourne to someone looking for a car. I would recommend they maybe try to avoid a busy Sat, so if they want their test car explained to them, they may have the time to do so. I drove from the Cape, so not like it was a skip over, to return for a closer look & details. I guess the timing was just not there. The openness of the other dealerships manager, (who dealt with me directly, with the trade & pricing) telling me to be sure & return to Bourne to make sure, also helped seal my deal with them. I was afraid the car I got, may not be there, when I was ‘making sure’. Even the salesman who wrote up the final deal spoke highly of them. So that says a lot. This place I purchased from, also has ‘kudos’ on line & from where I took the ES to be checked out, today. They had no idea where, until I returned with it. So fully independent opinion, on both dealers So they will be getting an Excellent review from me. I also highly recommend Midas on RT 44 in Raynham for a full, very thorough & thoroughly explained car check. Right down to bringing you underneath for several minutes with a light, to show you all the nooks/crannies for a clean, or not so clean, bill of health. For anyone, who wants an independent mechanic’s opinion of a used car, pre-purchase. Coming from Cape Cod, I recommend anyone who can leave the Cape to purchase in this area, to DO so! You will never get a price on Cape, like you will in the Raynham/surrounding area. Very much worth the trips! More
