Precise management team & quick to think services We entered the lot with a few cars in mind and they had the ones we would like to drive at the ready upon request. The test drive system made it very simple to try out different rides. We fell for a Nissan Altima and found later that a deposit was made on it the day prior...this stunk for about five minutes because we found an even better deal! It also shows that Bourne honors and abides by a great sales system and they stay true to their word. In conclusion the sales and finance team as well as management all shined today and we left very happy with our decision. More

My sales rep David Pair was so easy to work with and was more helpful than eager to make a sale. The way technology is these days it easy to shop a round. Going to Easton to buy a car was out of the way for me but I will travel to Bourne's Auto not matte where I am to patronize them. Michael without hesitation took care of a non warranty related issue I felt should have been caught during their inspection process and he cut me a check for my out of pocket expense.
