Bourne’s is the way to go! After doing a little research on Bourne’s website I went into the dealership on Thursday to see and test drive the cars. Shawn was my sales person and he was absolutely amazing. He went over all of the cars with me thoroughly and and I ended up falling in love with one of them! I had no expectation of leaving with it that day but I did! He made the process so simple, easy, and comfortable as this is my first car I’m purchasing. I have a Jeep dealership 5 minutes from my house but Bourne’s has proven over and over again to be the most honest and helpful dealership and is well worth the drive. Since I live in RI, Matt asked me to email pictures of the damage to my passenger side mirror so I wouldn’t have to drive up just to have an estimate done. He was always quick to respond to emails and very polite and professional. Once I decided I wanted them to order a new side mirror, the mirror was ready and painted in just two days! I drove up and had my new mirror installed within 40 minutes. I always trust Bourne’s because they do an amazing job on bodywork (I swear I’m not a horrible driver) and are hands down the most honest dealership! They definitely have the customers best interest in mind. More

He understood my needs and was friendly and attentive to both me and my wife. He was knowledgeable about the inventory and gave us as much information about the cars as possible. I was allowed to test drive undisturbed which I had never experienced. It was definitely a positive experience during the test drive. It was extraordinarily busy and all the employees were on top of things. Next time we get a car I want Bill to help us again. I worked in retail for over 20 years so I understand customer/sales relations and he was simply outstanding. More

Carlos helped me finalize the deal and guided me with the paperwork. He was super friendly and make the whole experience that much better.
