PLEASE FIND A NOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT WON'T LIE TO YOU ONE BIG RUN AROUND AFTER ANOTHER.CHECKING TO SEE IF CAR WAS READY SALES MAN TOLD ME THERE WAS A LEAK AT TOP OF WINDSHIELD MAKING FLOOR WET AND A BROKEN BIG RUN AROUND AFTER ANOTHER.CHECKING TO SEE IF CAR WAS READY SALES MAN TOLD ME THERE WAS A LEAK AT TOP OF WINDSHIELD MAKING FLOOR WET AND A BROKEN WIRE THAT MADE PARK ASSIST LIGHT COME ON I TOLD HIM I WANT TO SEE WERE THE WIRE IS WHEN I PICKUP THE CAR HE TOLD ME I CAN;T SEE IT ITS UNDER DASH AN HAD ME TALK TO SERVICE.SERVICE ASSURED ME NO BROKEN WIRE AN THEY DID LEAK TEST AN WAS NO LEAK AT WINDSHIELD ? I FINALLY GOT A CALLED BY SALESMAN AFTER TWO WEEKS OF RUN AROUND CAR WAS ALL SET TO PICK UP WENT TO PICK IT UP GOT WITH IN A FEW MILES FROM THE DEALERSHIP SALESMAN CALLED TOLD ME MY INS. DID NOT GET BACK TO THEM YET.CAN NOT PICK UP TODAY TURNED AROUND AN WENT BACK HOME JUST GOT HOME SALES MAN CALLED ME BACK SAID NOW IT WAS ALL SET MY INS, GOT BACK TO THEM AN ALL SET TO TAKE THEY JUST NEED MY CHECK AN TITLE FOR CAR TRADING IN WITCH I HAD FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS WAITING FOR CAR TO BE READY. WENT BACK GOT CAR THEY TOLD ME PAPERS WILL BE SENT IN MAIL AN WAS ALL SET TO TAKE CAR HOME. WAS TOLD BY FINANCE DEPT. AFTER SIGNING SALES AGREEMENT AN GIVING COPY OF INS POLICY FROM MY TRADE IN HE WOULD NOTIFY INS. CO. ON DAY I PICKUP THE CAR SO I BELIEVED HIM AN THE SALES MAN AN DROVE OFF AFTER TELLING ME INS. AN REG WAS ALL SET AN IN THE MAIL. 5 DAYS AN 450 MILES AN 2 STATES AWAY FROM HOME AFTER PICKING UP THE CAR. I GOT A CALL FROM SALE MAN HE ASKED IF I NOTIFIED INS I TOLD HIM FINANCE DEPT. TOLD ME THEY WOULD DO IT ON PICK UP DAY AN SALE MAN TOLD I WAS ALL SET TO TAKE THE CAR. WHAT A HEADACHE AFTER 5 DAYS AN 200 MILES FROM HOME NO REG NO INS.AS THEY TOLD ME IT WAS ALL SET AN REG WOULD BE IN IN MAIL LUCKILY NO ACCIDENT. THINKING FROM THERE ADVICE INS. AN REG WAS ALL SET PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE DON.T BUY FROM BOURN'S AUTO. LETTING ME TAKE CAR WITH NOT REG. OR INS. PS ALSO WHEN GOT HOME ON DAY OF PICKUP FOUND A BIG PUDDLE OF WATER ON PASSENGER SIDE FLOOR I FOUND AC DRAIN CLOGGED BLEW IT OUT MYSELF WOULDN'T YOU THINK SERVICE KNOWING WATER ON FLOOR WOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THIS INSTEAD OF THINKING AN CHECKING WINDSHIELD I HAVE MORE BUT I WILL LET IT GO THERE FOR NOW 2020 LEXUS 350 RX ABOUT $4OK 20000 MILES More
