Since we live in NH they had to deliver us the car and this process was smooth as well. The delivery personal were friendly and easy to meet with.The description on Cargurus did say new tires and it turns out that only the rear tires were new. The front ones are in good shape but I had the impression all were new. That was a tad upsetting. Also both key fobs are low in battery, mirror issue but would have been nice to have the batteries replaced beforehand. Overall the experience was nice and easy. Tori was easily reachable throughout this process and had a great personality. More
