Upon arriving to Bourne's I was greeted by Bob who was friendly, pleasant and courteous. I felt so well taken care of and was so impressed by the clean atmosphere and friendly ambiance of the facility while I waited for my Jeep to be fixed. Bob made sure I was in and out of there in under two hours which was incredible. He was very thorough with explaining how my Jeep was fixed and super attentive to detail. Thanks to Matt and Bob I had the best experience I've ever had and will have at an auto body shop. They are such genuine human beings that are so helpful! 10/10 recommend Bourne's Auto Center for all of your car care needs! More

I typically do not purchase vehicles from dealers due to the "purchase experience" which can be poor. I have never been to Bourne's, but saw a Subaru on FB Marketplace. I stopped by, did not see the car, the "purchase experience" which can be poor. I have never been to Bourne's, but saw a Subaru on FB Marketplace. I stopped by, did not see the car, but Tori walked by and offered to help. In no time, she had information on the car, but a deposit had already been made. I left my name and got a call back the following day that it was now available. Later that day, I took it for a ride and picked it up, for my wife, the following day. This was a nice experience and Tori is the best. Several other people were also very helpful including George and Trevon. Thanks More

I had tori she was Beyond helpful she don’t make me feel pressured or overwhelmed . She was such a joy to talk to , She explain every single process. The customer service experience I had was great from the front receptionist Amada I think that’s her name ,she remembered my name daughter as well . being a woman and walking into a dealership only is scary , but I felt I was in good hand the whole time .
