My husband was looking online for a small used truck after we sold our 5th wheel and 1 ton, and he found a small pick-up at Bountiful Mazda. Although it was not what he was looking for, the salesman that contacted him, Mike, found exactly what he was looking for. When we went to look at the truck, Mike greeted us and made the whole experience quite pleasant. Mike was so knowledgable about all of the vehicles on the lot. He answered every question we could think of to ask him...very impressive! We ended up buying 2 vehicles that...and we were only looking for a small used truck! Debbie in finance assisted us with the paperwork. She was, like everyone we met at the dealership, extremely friendly and knowledgable about her job. Debbie made that side of the sale very pleasant...and that's saying alot when you're spending that much money! Nicole contacted me a few days later to ask how our driving experience has been so far and to ask how our experience with was Bountiful Mazda. She was also very friendly and helpful. My car recently needed some work done on it, and luckily I had purchased an extended warranty, as the manufacturer warranty was expired. Gary and Chris were so great to work with; they helped me deal with t I had purchased an extended warranty, as the manufacturer warranty was expired. Gary and Chris were so great to work with; they helped me deal with the extended warranty company, who was difficult to work with to say the least. Gary and Chris would call me on a regular basis to let me know how things were progressing, if I needed to turn in other service records, and were honest about what could happen if the company denied the claim. I never had to call them to ask what was going on, they called me nearly every day while the warranty company was making their decisions. They have been wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend them if you ever need work on your vehicle. More

When I came in to look at Mazda 3s I was hoping I wouldnt have to deal with the typical salesman that doesnt know much about the car and only wants to take my money. took forever to check car in and service tec. was very distracted, dropped off on saturday and told would be done on monday, couldnt pick up on monday so i called to let them know wont be able to pick up, distracted, dropped off on saturday and told would be done on monday, couldnt pick up on monday so i called to let them know wont be able to pick up, showed up tuesday and car has not even been moved but i never got a call informing me or when i called they never informed me so i was late to work for nothing had to wait till wednesday and i again had to call to find out if car was done and was informed car has been done for several hours and had to hurry to mazda cause it was less than an hour to closing, then after finally getting car back windows no longer worked so had to look up online and found if battery is discounected windows need to be reset u think being a mazda dealer you would know this i even called with a consern about let a message and suprise suprise never got a call back to adress issue, and had gresse marks on my car as well, all in all it was very frusterating experience and next time ill just do the work my self instead of dealing with all this crap More
