At other dealerships, not only were thy charging thousands more for the same vehicle, I felt like no one listened to me. They tried to upsell me on vehicles I hadn't expressed any interest in, and salesmen couldn't answer any of my basic questions about the car I was driving (like, what's the difference between this model and a year newer model? Basic stuff). Bountiful Mazda answered all of my questions, and communicated with me in a stress-free, no-pressure way that left me feeling like they respected what I wanted. It was a night and day difference between every other dealership I went to. I'll go out of my way to shop at Bountiful Mazda the next time I need a car. More

Bountiful Mazda (Dianne Burnham) not only helped us get a replacement mazda 3 but worked several options to figure out what would work best for us and didn't mind explaining things multiple ways so both my wife and I understood the details.
