Recall fix; expensive advisory repair recommendations I brought my vehicle in for the Takata airbag recall, which they performed efficiently. Getting the car back, however, resulted in passenger airbag I brought my vehicle in for the Takata airbag recall, which they performed efficiently. Getting the car back, however, resulted in passenger airbag light on dashboard to be constantly on; they claimed it was on when they took my car in, that the diagnostics showed the error messages were not related to the airbag recall codes. To fix it would require a module replacement, which I've learned is an expert replacement with more than just pulling a part and installing a replacement. Also, they recommended to replace suspension parts and replacing tires. My normal mechanic rated these issues as advisories (not urgent). Although I appreciate the vigilance they give in car care, I don't like the sales pressure tactic to get those fixes done when they are advisory things. I know dealerships are about selling you to buy a car and keep it in tip-top shape, but the car manufacturer have priced and engineered leasing vehicles more than owning vehicles. More

Friendly staff, oil for life rocks, 2 hour waits sucks The last 5 times I have been to this place I have had to wait at least 1 hour and 30 min and at the most 2 hours and 30 min. 3/5 times they have not s The last 5 times I have been to this place I have had to wait at least 1 hour and 30 min and at the most 2 hours and 30 min. 3/5 times they have not shut my hood, so I get to pull off the freeway to fix that, 2/5 miss filled tires, 2/5 left open my gas door??? Bunch of other random things like scratching my wheels and ruining a few lug nuts. Every time the customer facing staff is very nice and apologetic and even has given me discounts, but the wait time and quality of the service needs to be addressed. Long story short, if you have their oil for life the price is worth it, but that is where it ends. More

After much deep res Over the last 30 years I have been to and either driven or ridden in almost every car brand along the Wasatch Front here in Utah. After much deep research I decided to check out the Mazda CX-3 and came up to Bountiful Mazda. Brittany Everton came out to meet me and was very nice and professional. After a brief chat we went out and she showed me the car and all its features. Then went for a test ride and Brittany did a great job driving the car up some steep hills. The ride was just great and the car performed much better than its 146 horsepower would suggest. It actually rode and handles like a European car and much better than anything in its class. This car is definitely on my list of favorites for the future. More
