Great guys - great service Woke up to a flat tire. I expected to replace all four new tires soon, but wanted to hold out as long as I could. I had hit a big pothole the previous day, which led to a tear, which meant new tires sooner than planned. They took great care of me, and worked in my next service at the same time (which coincidentally was just a couple hundred miles from due). Thanks guys!! More

Mazada 6 engine overheated Mazda 6 2010, suddenly over heated due to water pump failure with potential damage to engine as a result of water and oil mixing through the engine. Very familiar with the service manager (Scott C) - and have felt confident that I was hearing the "real" story, and that they were doing the best possible approach to deal with a potential disaster to the motor. Given a loan car for a week during the repair. Thus far, I am back on the road and the engine is doing fine. Have appreciated the service department's responsiveness over the years for needed repairs. The key contact person has changed overtime, and in the past there were some who seemed less effective in discussing car issues. Currently, the service people have been very satisfactory/considerate and informative, especially Scott C. More
Honest staff and great service. My wife's 2014 CX5 was totalled last month and she loved that car so much that we replaced it with a new 2018 CX5. I bought my 2014 CX5 from Bountiful Mazda and was very satisfied with the experience. We drive out of our way to buy and service our cars at Bountiful Mazda because all the staff there are wonderful. Good, but short of Great I have now purchased/leased 3 vehicles from Bountiful Mazda. My overall experience over those 3 vehicles has been great, however, I do feel that my mo I have now purchased/leased 3 vehicles from Bountiful Mazda. My overall experience over those 3 vehicles has been great, however, I do feel that my most recent experience, although good, did not quite matchup to the first two experiences I had. The salesman helping me was incredible polite and friendly. I felt comfortable dealing with him from a social stand point. However, I did feel at time that he may not have the best grasp of the ins and out of the vehicles themselves. With that said, he would made sure to get me the correct answers before my visit was done. The only other frustration I ran into during my visit was one involving getting the full picture behind the deal I was trying to negotiate. I'm one who likes to know and understand exactly how the dealership makes their cut as well as the limitations they have when it comes to what the car manufactures will allow. However, if did feel like pulling teeth trying to pry out each individual nugget of information out of them. This may be common at many dealerships as they may not want to share all of their secrets, but the more I feel I know the more confident I am in my purchasing decisions. More
