No follow up I went to this dealership because of knowing the owner and wanting to support his business. I ended up leasing a new vehicle in June 2015. So, becau I went to this dealership because of knowing the owner and wanting to support his business. I ended up leasing a new vehicle in June 2015. So, because my three-year lease was ending, I was contacted by someone at the dealership about what I needed to do. I wasn't sure what I was going to do at the time, but subsequently decided to buy the vehicle. I emailed the person I met with and heard back from someone else. I was also very surprised at the unprofessional way I was given the buy out information when we went to meet her at the dealership - a hand written document with just numbers on it and no other information. My husband recently bought out his lease at the nearby Honda dealership and was given a professional looking print out with all the information he needed. And just for the record, someone else responding to my email happened twice during this process - i.e., the original person who contacted me didn't respond to my emails and someone else did twice. When I responded to the second person with specific questions, I never heard back from him either! I finally had to get the president of the company involved to get a response, which I finally did. I thought it was strange that it took so much effort on my part to get someone to respond to MAKING A SALE! Pretty crazy. I will not lease again, and won't buy my next vehicle from this dealership either. Very disappointed - I wanted it to be a good experience so I could be loyal to my friend, but sadly, that was not the case. More

They fixed a problem caused by another company. I brought my vehicle in for a service and they also fixed a broken wheel stud that Discount Tire had caused.
