EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE DEPT Scott and his crew are the very best you can find in the auto service field and it begins the moment that garage door opens! Scott always calls me by name the minute I pull into the shop. He gives me a sense of family and that I did the right thing in purchasing from Mazda in Bountiful. Recently I had a automobile emergency, I called Bountiful Mazda and spoke to Scott about the issue I was experiencing with my car, Scott referred me to a tow company and instructed me to have my vehicle towed to their lot so they can begin working on my issue immediately. 2 hours later my car was drivable again! You really need to understand how busy this shop is to appreciate this. Generally I call ahead and schedule an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated and even then there are times (not many) that they are not able to get me in the day of. On this day Scott sensed the stress and urgency in my voice and he and his team made me a priority! In this industry you can run into dishonest companies that are just after the money in your pocket. Quick service and so easy to work with. We had a screw in a tire that another establishment said was unfixable and we would need to buy two new tires. We took our Mazda CX5 to the Bountifu We had a screw in a tire that another establishment said was unfixable and we would need to buy two new tires. We took our Mazda CX5 to the Bountiful Mazda since that is where the tires came from. They fixed the tire and saved us $400 or more. New tires were not needed. I always have my oil changed there so I can keep my "free tires for life" warranty. More
