No hype, just good service We had initially gone to another Mazda dealership to trade in two Mazda 3’s for a CX-5, and we felt like they were only interested in maximizing profi We had initially gone to another Mazda dealership to trade in two Mazda 3’s for a CX-5, and we felt like they were only interested in maximizing profit for the dealership and not giving us anything for our trades. We shopped around and ended up at Bountiful Mazda, working with Jason Montoya over text and email. I explained what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay on a CX-5 lease. After a few days Jason sent us an offer, we drove the 45 miles from Eagle Mountain, test drove a similar CX-5 and a Nissan Rogue (for comparison), agreed on the terms and they had the specific car we wanted brought in from another location. It took a bit longer than we liked, but everyone was very nice and professional, with no sales pressure, so all in all it was a great experience. The only real negative comment is that the new CX-5 was not as clean as it could have been. since we are having some additional services performed in the future, we will make sure they clean it probably at that time. More

We contacted Weston before we visited the dealership. He had made sure the car we were interested in was at the dealership. All we had to do was look at the car and let them know we wanted the car. There were a couple things that came up during the process and Weston handled things quickly and efficiently. I have had several people comment about the car. In each case, I have mentioned Weston and the great service he gave. More

When we finally decided it was 8:00 at night and they we're getting ready to close. He said, "no problem, i'll meet you there asap". He had things all ready for us to get the car bought. Low pressure sales approach was really appreciated! We went in just for a test drive the other day once the 2018 Mazda6 was released. Dina was so patient with ALL of our questions, went to get the answer if she didn't know it, and spent a lot of time with us, even though we weren't going to buy that day. Once I decided to buy, Dina in Sales and Scotty in Service were really approachable to call or text with any questions about options, pricing of accessories, and anything else I came up with. Because the 6 was just released, the dealership didn't have the trim level I wanted in the color I wanted, and they did a great job finding one quickly. I've never bought a new car before, and the whole process is pretty daunting. The paperwork is a bit overwhelming, but Dina, Bryton and Scotty were all very respectful and patient while making decisions about the warranty, add-ons, and other options. They were able to explain the fine print and explain differences between options without leaving us feeling judged for looking at the cheaper option. I live just a couple of miles from a competitor's Mazda dealership - the low-pressure sales approach Bountiful Mazda has, and their open communication was why I drove out of my way to purchase from Bountiful Mazda. More
