Bought a certified pre-owned Mazda They were very nice and helpful and willing to negotiate. The one thing I didn’t like is the additional fees. They automatically added a gap warranty They were very nice and helpful and willing to negotiate. The one thing I didn’t like is the additional fees. They automatically added a gap warranty without asking and then said getting the resist all warranty made more sense and essentially tricked me into getting the resist all warranty. In the end, I think we’ll use it but I didn’t like the sales tactic. They also had me pay for the sanitization of the car. You’d think that service would be included in the price. Overall good sales people. We are excited about all our add ones and can’t wait to get our car once all the work is done! More
