A little sneaky Customer service was great! We bought a nice car. Good price with twisting their arm. Down side is they snuck in two optional services in the contract Customer service was great! Then they snuck in some hospital antibacterial cleansing of the inside of the car which just sounds like it is part of the detailing for free is an optional $400. Why would you really need that? Did someone die inside the car? We pointed this out when we came back to pick up the car and they promptly removed them. More

I’m a single mother of 2 boys, and have never bought a car on my own (new or used) and was very nervous, but he made it happen at a level I knew I could be comfortable with. Recently I went to another Mazda shop and got an oil change and afterward was recommend a list full of maintenance services. I decided to go to Bountiful Mazda to compare prices and get some other work done. After I gave them my list of recommended maintenance from the other place, I was instantly told that I was being charged overprice and also was offered services I didn't need at all. Not only did Bountiful Mazda point this out, they gave me lower prices and offered an extra 15% off my service (I had a 10% off coupon). I highly recommend this place and their service staff is incredible. More
