Thought my car was having transmission issues I brought my car in to have the transmission looked at. It was shifting different. Hunter helped me. He was kind, helpful and explained everything very well! He had 3 different people including himself, drive the car to recreate the issue. Did a diagnostic check also. No problems were found. I was given a loaner car while they had mine for a few days. I have had it back for 4 days now without any issues. Nobody could find a problem, However, I believe he did the best he could to try and find out what was wrong. It didn't cost me anything because my car is still under warranty. Thanks Hunter! More

Made everything easy Joshua was the quickest to respond to online inquiry out of all the other dealers. Question the service recommendations I took my Mazda CX-5 in for regular service. The service representative came and asked me if I wanted to service my rear differential and my transmis I took my Mazda CX-5 in for regular service. The service representative came and asked me if I wanted to service my rear differential and my transmission. I said I didn't have time today, then told my husband who did a bit of research. In looking at the transmission, my Mazda has the sky active technology, the recommendation from the Mazda website is that vechicles with sky active technology never need to replace fluid or the filter on their transmission. Why was I told that was this was due at 30,000 miles by the dealer? Next rear differential... this is due at 50,000 according to ALL of the service schedules. When questions the service rep he told me all dealerships recommended service of the transmission (I called 2 dealerships and they say they do not recommend transmission service to sky active vechicles). When I asked about the rear differential the rep said it depended on the service schedule. I looked at my service schedule and it's recommended at 50,000. I feel VERY taken advantage and like they were trying to fool me. I don't know how I can trust what my vechile really needs in the future. More

Well worth the wait Buying a car can be a challenging experience. Unfortunately I embarked on a mission to purchase a vehicle with my three children in tow. We traveled to the dealership with the intent of buying a specific vehicle that they showed online, which was listed without a price. I had in mind a price that I would be willing to purchase the vehicle for. When I arrived the vehicle in question was going to be priced above what I was willing to pay and they weren't able to negotiate it lower due to it being a Manufacturer Certified Used vehicle. I was frustrated that we had driven up there, but Josh Mulivai helped me find a nice vehicle in the price range I was looking at. He answered all my questions and really did a great job. Tim May the finance manager further assisted in answering any additional questions, and did a great job of expelling the incentives and promotions on certified services they were currently offering. Overall I was happy with my purchase and experience. More
